  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried rose petals
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • Zest of 1 orange
Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Rehydrate the dried rose petals in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Strain the rose petals and mix with 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a bowl. Let it sit at room temperature overnight.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

  7. Step 7: Just before serving, zest a orange and sprinkle it on top of each panna cotta.
