Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, drained and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Preparation Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the marinade to the tofu and toss to coat.
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked noodles, tofu, and marinade.
- Toss to combine and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately, hot and steaming.
