Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into large chunks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 lime wedges
Preparation Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Add pork chunks and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated pork until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, brush mixed vegetables with vegetable oil and grill until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Stir together chili flakes and cilantro. Add sliced pork back in and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
