Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 lime wedges
Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Add pork chunks and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the marinated pork until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Meanwhile, brush mixed vegetables with vegetable oil and grill until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  6. Stir together chili flakes and cilantro. Add sliced pork back in and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
