Ingredients
- 1 cup of sake
- 1/2 cup of cherry blossom syrup
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 1/2 cup of sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cherry blossom petals for garnish
Preparation Steps
- Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes.
- Add the sake, cherry blossom syrup, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness and tartness to your liking.
