Ingredients
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Mix flour, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add edamame and mix until dough forms.
  2. Step 2: Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth. Divide into small balls and flatten slightly.
  3. Step 3: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add scallions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Bring soy sauce, garlic, and water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
