- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation Steps

- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small oval shapes, about 1 1/2 inches long and 1 inch wide.
- Place the kibbeh on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each piece.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the kibbeh and gently roll them to coat evenly.
- Bake the kibbeh for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as tzatziki or tahini sauce.
