- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of sake
- 2 tbsp of grated ginger
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, for garnish
Preparation Steps

- Step 2: Combine the marinated chicken with 1 tbsp of the soy sauce mixture. Mix well.
- Step 3: Lay a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
