Ingredients
- Chicken wings (1 pound)
- Jerk seasoning (2 tablespoons)
- Mango (2 cups, diced)
- Red onion (1 cup, diced)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Preparation Steps
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together jerk seasoning, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
- Step 3: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Step 5: Meanwhile, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and vinegar in a bowl.
