Ingredients
  • 1 package of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup of brie cheese, softened
  • 6 slices of prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Cut into 6 equal rectangles.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of brie cheese on each rectangle, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
  4. Top the cheese with a slice of prosciutto, a sprinkle of thyme, and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden glaze.
  6. Roll each rectangle into a pinwheel shape and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
